Locked Out? How to Reset Your Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it in three steps using the phone number you registered with. The whole process takes about two minutes.

  2. Enter the OTP Code

    Type the 6-digit OTP from the SMS into the verification box on screen. OTP codes expire after 5 minutes, so enter it promptly. If you did not receive the code after 2 minutes, tap Resend once. If the second OTP also fails, your registered number may be different from the SIM you are using — contact [email protected] with your account details for manual verification.

  3. Set a New Password & Log In

    After the OTP is accepted, type your new password twice to confirm it. Choose something unique — not the same as any previous jj7j password or your bKash PIN. Tap Save & Log In. Yes, your old registered number still works as the login credential even if you no longer use that SIM, as long as you remember the password. You do not need an active SIM to log in with phone number and password. However, you will need the registered SIM active to receive OTP for password resets and withdrawals. 04 Is the jj7j App login different from the website login?
The credentials are the same — your registered phone number and password work on both.
