Log in to your jj7j account
Open the jj7j app or visit the site on your browser. Tap Log In and enter your phone number and password. Use the jj7j Login page if you need the direct link.

Enter the amount and confirm
Type the amount you want to withdraw. The minimum is ৳1,100 and the maximum per transaction is bounded by your daily limit (৳1,30,000 at the Classic tier). Tap Confirm Withdrawal. You will receive a confirmation notification immediately.

Wait for processing — usually 17 minutes
Most withdrawals arrive within 17 minutes. Your first-ever withdrawal can take up to 2 hours because jj7j runs an additional security check on new accounts. After that, all future withdrawals follow the standard 17-minute window.

You must withdraw to the same payment method you used for your deposit. Sending to a different account number — even on the same platform — will cause the request to be declined for security reasons.
KYC Verification: Complete This Before Your First Withdrawal
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a one-time identity check. jj7j requires it before your first withdrawal. Once approved, you will never need to repeat it unless you change your personal details. The review takes up to 12 hours.

Photo requirements
Poor-quality photos are the most common reason for KYC delays. Follow these rules to get approved on the first attempt:
- Use your phone camera in good natural or indoor light — no flash glare on the document surface.
- Capture all four corners of the document in the frame. Do not crop.
- The document must be physically in your hand or laid flat. Screenshots of a scan are not accepted.
- Text on the document must be readable when you zoom in on your phone before uploading.
- If submitting a passport, photograph the photo page and the data page separately.
- For the selfie with document, hold the document beside your face — both must be clearly visible.

Go to Account > Verification
After logging in, tap your profile icon and select Account Verification. You will see the KYC status panel showing which documents have been submitted and which are pending.

Choose your document type
Select NID, Passport, or Driving Licence from the dropdown. jj7j accepts any one of these — you do not need to upload all three.

Upload front, back, and selfie
Upload a clear photo of the front of the document, then the back (if applicable), then a selfie holding the document next to your face. File formats: JPG, PNG. Maximum file size: 5 MB per image.

Submit and wait up to 12 hours
Tap Submit for Review. The jj7j team reviews documents within 12 hours. You will receive an SMS or app notification when the status changes to Approved or if more information is needed.
jj7j stores all KYC documents using AES-256 encryption. Your NID or passport data is used only for identity verification and fraud prevention. It is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Why Withdrawals Get Declined — and How to Fix Them
Most declined withdrawals have a simple cause that you can fix in minutes. The table below lists the common reasons and what to do next.
